Our world class training programs are tailored to you. Effective workouts to build muscle and lose fat are mapped around your schedule and lifestyle. A bespoke seven day nutrition plan incorporating the correct foods for perfect muscle building macros is included. We create an ecosystem to cater for all aspects of a transformation.
Each session is tracked and measured, allowing for ongoing adjustments as you build muscle, strength and fitness.


Monthly metric testing is implemented to ensure the program doesn't plateau and you continue to add muscle and lose body fat.

Where can I train with PTLDN?
We provide personal training in Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Old Street and the City of London.
Our personal training studio is within 10 mins of Liverpool Street, Old Street and Bank stations.
How does personal training work?
We begin with a thorough analysis of you and your needs. We then design a road map to take you there. Each personal training session is 60 mins where an east London best personal trainers will fastidiously execute each session.
How much does personal training cost?
A single session is £75 per hour, a monthly subscription of twelve sessions a month is £816, just £68 a session.
Do you offer seven day nutrition plans?
We do, if you are interested in a seven day nutrition plan, our twelve week body transformation programme would be ideal.
